Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of the Ember SEO website at www.emberseo.au and our related services, including the free scan and the future paid subscription. By using this site or submitting the scan form, you agree to these terms.

Ember SEO is operated by CyberXchange Pty Ltd (ACN 677 109 518), Adelaide, South Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Ember SEO is not yet available for purchase

Ember SEO is currently in pre-launch. The $49 AUD/month subscription described on this site is not yet available to buy. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, subscription, or payment obligation of any kind — it only registers your interest so we can notify you when the product launches.

The free scan

Where offered, the free scan analyses the public pages of the website you submit — its publicly accessible content, structure, and technical signals. It does not access private data, logins, or confidential information. The report it produces is a diagnostic based on publicly available signals — not a legal, financial, or regulated professional opinion.

By submitting the scan form, you agree to receive your report by email and, if you don't opt out, occasional updates from Ember SEO. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Your obligations

You agree to:

• Only submit websites you own or have permission to have scanned
• Provide accurate information when using this site or our services
• Not use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to scrape, crawl, or interfere with the operation of this site

Content and intellectual property

All content on this site — including copy, design, and code — is owned by CyberXchange Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The free scan and any audit output are provided in good faith based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every automated check, and results should be treated as guidance, not certainty.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability to you in connection with any use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to the supply of services.

Australian Consumer Law

Once Ember SEO is available as a paid service, that service will come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have services re-supplied if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms as the product moves from pre-launch to a live subscription — particularly around pricing, cancellation, and billing terms once payment is available. Material changes will be noted here with a revised date.
